For our client in The Hague we are looking for a MS-Lync Solution Architect.

Location: The Hague
Start: 1-6-2016
End: 31-12-2016 (option to extend)
40 hrs./week

It is absolutely mandatory that you have previous, proven experience of the implementation of Voice over IP solutions, based on Microsoft Lync technology at, at least, two different client sites within the past 5 years.

The following technical requirements are mandatory unless otherwise specified:
· Microsoft Lync certification: you are able to handle technical cases with Microsoft support all the way to their (MS) highest level:
· Experience of Lync EndPoint Management, Lync Edge systems;
· Experience with Checkpoint firewalls desirable;
· Ability to apply and validate server configuration changes;
· Full understanding of the interconnection with legacy PABX systems (e.g. MX-One).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in VoIP infrastructure with Microsoft product suite and PABX traditional environment;
· Experience with VoIP SIP trunks, ACME, Gateways;
· Experience with specific networking and telephony tools used (e.g. HPOV, Packeteer, etc), Solidus Call centre, etc;

The following non-technical requirements are also mandatory unless otherwise specified:
· A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to see an issue through from start to finish;
· A meticulous and rigorous approach to own work, and that of others;
· An ability to combine consultancy-level skills with being fully hands-on and operational as required;
· Strong analytical and organisational skills
· Good interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation and to work within a team;
· Articulate in explaining technical matters to any audience;
· The ability to work and maintain poise under pressure;
· The ability to work autonomously when required within the boundaries and objectives set out by the management;
· Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken;
· A working knowledge of German and/or French would be considered an advantage.
