Role description:
•Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
•Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
•Lead the (international) development team, consisting of ~5 developers, a test professional and a business analyst
•Active hands-on involvement in the solution design and development
•Update (technical) documentation based on changes to Salesforce.com
•Team is working in an Agile Scrum approach and the team lead therefore must be an excellent team player and have affinity with agile development

Resource requirements
•Excellent understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality like: Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Flow, email-to-case, validation rules, …
•Excellent capabilities to translate business requirements into a system design
•Excellent judgement of when to use out-of-box functionality and when to start custom development
•Certification: ADMIN201, Certified Salesforce Service Cloud consultant
•Understanding Javascript
•Experience in performing the Scrum master role: lead daily stand-up, sprint planning and demo/retrospective
•Full time assignment in Almere
•Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
•Willingness to travel to entities in Europe
