For our client we are looking for a software developer in the so called ‘facilitators’ team. This team focuses on the development of add-on functionality for:

1. Integrated production forecasting and related postprocessing.

Our development tasks concern all aspects of the add-ons:

1. The algorithms in the backend;
2. The user interface;
3. Creating tests.

Responsibilities include:

• Allocating pieces of work to appropriate programmers;
• Overseeing and efficiency reporting of programming staff;
• Providing assistance to colleagues as required;
• Enforcing procedures to monitor work produced;
• Establishing agreed standards for work undertaken;
• Counseling and developing others
