For our client we are looking for a Scrum master.

Promoting the Agile mindset is the key to success if you are a Scrum Master at Customer & Commerce (C&C). During the day you facilitate scrum events from three teams; you are an expert in time management. From daily scrum to retrospective: you ensure that our professionals quickly get used to working with Agile and implement it properly. You are the driving force behind the team, because of the obstacles that you remove, the motivation that you bring into a complex environment. But occasionally you are also in the center when you share knowledge with other Scrum Masters or create support for new successes in effectiveness. You are strong in your shoes and can hold up a mirror to others and give feedback in a constructive way.
 
You make Agile working a great success, with the result:

• Realizing maximum value for the customer, which you achieve together with the teams and the Product Owner.
• Stable quality that the teams deliver, how they continuously learn and grow.
• Challenging organizational goals that are achieved.
