We are looking for an interim IT Service manager HR Data Backbone
Your work environment:
Group Services (GS) is part of Operations and IT banking (OIB) and takes care of application development and configuration, performs various operational IT activities, manages the applications, systems and processes needed for ING Group activities like HR, Finance and Risk, and is responsible for the development and delivery of change programmes and projects in those domains.
The HR & GSA department is primarily responsible for delivering IT services and application changes for:
– HR departments (NL an International)
– IT Domains (Shared IT4IT solutions)
– Various Business Domains (Shared Business Support & Collaboration solutions)
– Group Services (Continuous Delivery solutions)
The CHRIS (Corporate HR Information Systems) department is responsible for servicing a portfolio of internationally used HR applications (ILC, Successfactors, Taleo) and a Corporate HR data warehouse (HR Data Backbone).
Job description:
As part of the Taleo and Corporate HR Data Backbone team, you keep the overview of the various work packages (e.g. availability, changes requests, security items, external hiring).
You work closely with Corporate HR and the HR & GSA team to define solutions and priorities.
He/she is responsible for:
– Resolution of incidents and the creation of user stories as a result of structural incidents and/or change requests
– The operational relationship with the hosting / outsourcing parties
– Administration, verification and reliability of application components and documentation (A-OSG, CMDB, Penetration testing, Disaster recovery testing…)
– Audit and verification of user access of the applications (SOLL-IST)
– Planning the life cycle management of the applications
He/she stays current on new releases and market evolutions for the respective applications.

Time & Period
This is a part-time vacancy (24 hours) for a period until July 2016 with a possible extension until October 2016.

You have very good social and communication skills, and you can create self-managing teams. You're transparent and you are able to facilitate discussions and alternative solutions.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
Education
• HBO / WO IT level
Experience:
– Several years of relevant experience as a team manager.
– In-depth affinity and experience with IT: background as Business Analyst or Project manager
– In-depth affinity and experience with Master Data Management and/or Data warehouse solutions in an HR context(preferable SAP BO);
– experience with ETL tools and data mart schemas, such as Star schema
– In-depth affinity and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model, preferably Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Experience working in complex environment (organizational sensitivity and creation of support).
– A good command of Dutch and English spoken and written.
