Global Solutions (GS) covers the management of business relationships and the design, development and implementation of common solutions by following a consistent and rigorous programme and project management methodology.
 
The BI Project Manager (PM) reporting to a Centre of Excellence (CoE) DM supports the projects running and occurring on the B1 Platform.
The PM is responsible for following the organizations P3M methodology of managing projects and all deliverables therein.  The PM is responsible for managing the budget, timeline, delivery, service transition, and approval of all related functions. The PM works with the business owner of the project to procure delivery resources internally and externally through approved SIs.
 
Lead by example and actively engage and motivate individuals around them.
Work in a professional manner to manage key stakeholders, organize Steering Committees, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed business requirements on time and on budget.
 
Project Delivery

• Manage projects related to the definition, design, construction, (test) and implementation of in-scope IT solutions
• Actively track progress providing weekly status reports and updates of the project in systems.
• Work with approved SIs to review SoWs and negotiate rates and deliverables.
• Submit and track SoWs and ensure correct processing of same.
• Responsible for managing risks, issues and escalations related to the delivery of project requirements.
• Collect and document the organizations approval of security, GDPR, architecture and production support for the solution delivered.
