Job mission
In close co-operation with colleagues from software and other disciplines (mechatronics, optics, electronics) the software engineer is a member of a multi-disciplinary team. In these teams software plays an important role for the success of the organisation. Since software is an integrating competency, it is an essential added value for the organisation.

Job description
Next to regular SW Engineering tasks, the software troubleshooter is responsible for creating clear translations of customer problems into software issues, prioritizing, investigating, solving and releasing these software issues including design changes and documentation according to the quality standards. Customer satisfaction is the number one driver for the organisation and thus for every software engineer and Troubleshooter.

Education
Education at Bachelor or Master Level: Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Mechatronics, Engineering or comparable.

Personal skills
– Flexible, pro-active, decisive, takes ownership
– Excellent trouble shooter
– Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude.
– Real team player with quality orientation.
– Good knowledge of English.

Other information
This is flex conversion: I can only offer candidates that can be converted after 12 months (=detavast).
At least 5 years experience is a must!
