E-Commerce Manager (f/m)

Your key tasks:

* Drive all e-commerce activity across the business

* Define customer acquisition strategy to maximise conversion

* Responsible for driving innovation across the e-commerce channel leading to a strong customer experience

* Lead the sales and marketing strategy across this platform driving revenue and profitability across all ecommerce operations

* Optimising ecommerce strategy, measuring results and reporting on performance

* Ability to collaborate with content, design, sales and marketing teams

Your profile:

* Experience developing successful ecommerce strategy across all areas

* Excellent analytical ability

* Data segmentation and behavioural targeting knowledge

* 7 years relevant experience in a D-2-C environment

* Fluent German and English

* Experience working in German Markets
