Senior Copywriter Future FIT transformation program

Job description in Key Point Indicators

– Support the Future Fit program team

– deliver a bi-weekly newsletter to update local HR Directors on Future Fit change program

– deliver a monthly update email to Future Fit ambassadors across the company (diverse roles, countries, levels)

– deliver a bi-weekly update to local Comms Leads about Future Fit projects/ comms

– review comms assets on Future Fit language & style guide

– support delivery of presentation/ information for Management Board / Supervisory Board

– review functional comms on multiple Future Fit projects (eg. Global Employee Survey, Performance

Management, Talent Management, etc.)

Expected result

– a clear & consistent Future Fit copy platform, resulting in consistent messaging and language

– 6 newsletters to HR Directors

– 6 updates to Comms Leads

– 3 newsletters to Future Fit ambassadors

– copywriting / copy review for ongoing projects

Skills:

Requested knowledge, experience and qualifications.

– Must-haves:

– native US/ENG speaker

– senior copywriting skills

– expectation management skills

– Experience in Banking and Insurance sector

Nice to haves:

– change management comms experience

– project communication experience

– sensitivity to corporate politics
