We are looking for an Service Delivery Manager/Service Coordinator for one of our clients in the Amsterdam region.

The Service Delivery Manager/Service Coordinator will:

– Chasing outstanding requests
– Manage escalations
– Review reporting
– Review performance against SLA’s
– Improve related processes

Qualifications:

– 5+ years’ experience of hands on Service Delivery Manager within a Global WAN-environment
– Knowledge of Global/Local WAN, Access lines, DSL, Ethernet, MPLS
– Worked before within service providers like OBS, BT, Verizon
– ITIL foundation
– Service Management
– ServiceNow (not required)

Start: ASAP in April
Duration: untill 31st of December 2017 with possible extension
Working hours: fulltime
Location: Amsterdam region
Rate: conform market rates…
