Corporate Information Management (IMC) supports the optimal continuity of the business processes within the organisation. IMC consists of Basic IT Services, Generic IT Services, Strategic IT services and Information Management Office.
The department Market & Asset Data NL(NMA) focusses on IT issues for which there are no standard solutions available. NMA delivers specific IT solutions to her customers Digital Transformation Corporate (DTC), Asset Management, Grid Service, Large Projects, System Operations and Offshore.
The Digital Transformation Corporate (DTC) programme implements the company’s strategy on advancing the use of data and analytics to the benefit of internal operations and society. This will be realized amongst others by introducing data governance processes and the implementation of the Data Platform.
The TDP implements solutions for data integration and big data use cases. One of the prominent parts of this platform is a discovery platform where innovative and iterative business use cases are implemented. The goal of this platform is to realize first implementations in a fast and agile manner, before it is handed over to the more standardized and scaled maintenance environment.
To support the implementation of these innovative use cases in the Data Platform a small and dedicated Fastlane/DevOps team is formed. Apart from realizing use cases, the team is involved in implementing and extending the IT platform and the big data capabilities following an agile approach.
