Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Amsterdam zoeken wij een 1e Lijn Support Medewerker.

First line support of online video streaming during the champions league season. Documentation needs to be created, users need to be trained and the cycle time of tickets need to reduce to half an hour instead of half a day.

We are looking for someone on a junior level who has a strong affinity with IT in terms of understanding how a website works and has interest in databases and API’s. Preferably some experience in first line IT support. Our client will learn this person the tools of trade.

This project requires flexiblity in availability as support shifts run 7 days per week in two shifts:
08:00 – 16:30
16:00 – 23:30 – 00:00

During weekends it is possible to work remote.
