For our client in Hoofddorp, Harvey Nash is looking for a Programme planner/Project Supporter to assist on all projects that are run by PMs based in Hoofddorp.

Duration: 6 months

The Role

A Programme Planner is required for a 6 month contract to provide a holistic view of the overall portfolio taking into account demand and resource plans, cost and spend management and governance and risk management.

Skills/Attributes:

Extensive experience of programme management planning within a complex, mission-critical, IT environment

Knowledge of the full end-to-end project lifecycle preferably with experience of programme management methodologies – (e.g msp), combined with a pragmatic approach to project delivery.

Advanced stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills.

Ability to influence and facilitate/collaborate.

Proactive by nature with the ability to motivate teams and build cross functional relationships.

Experience of managing, engaging and driving third party suppliers to ensure delivery.

Must Have:

The candidate must have in-depth experience of Excel and preferably MS Project.

The ability to manage a programme consisting of multiple workstreams, stakeholders and interdependencies.

The ability to map demand, resource and spend across the entire programme.

Nice to have:

Experience of distribution, logistics or supply chain (not essential)
