Functie-informatie

For the ITSM Suite project, where one of the goals is to harmonise the corporate service management processes, we are looking for a project specialist for 0,4FTE.

Your main tasks will be:

Design and align the corporate IT service management processes according to the ConnectIT framework, in an audit-proof way, and supporting the IT-chain including demand management.

Design one way of working for the IT Service Management processes in scope (Incident- Change- Problem- Config- Acces Management);

Design per process a document with at least the following information: goal, scope, process, role based process description (flow, description, RASCI) governance;

Execute the handover to the process owners (Management Team Responsibles) and to the subproject within the ITSM Suite project regarding setting up the functional requirements for the service management tooling.
