We are looking for someone who excels in ETL programming using SAS DI Studio.

Knock-out criteria:

– Bachelor/Master in computer science, business economics or equivalent;
– At least 3 years’ experience in ETL programming;
– Thorough SAS DI Studio, SAS base and SAS Enterprise Guide knowledge;
– Excellent SQL knowledge;
– Familiar with dimensional modelling as well as Data Vault modelling

Nice to have:
– SAS VA, SAS EM, SAS CI knowledge;
– Qlikview knowledge;
– Experience with Media and Publishing industry.

Responsibilities:
– (re)building ETL jobs that will load the individual layers of the DWH (Datawarehouse) ;
– Work on specific use cases on behalf of stakeholders;
– Analyse source systems and build extraction jobs;
– Analyse data quality issues and correct them;
– Document ETL jobs and new DWH structures;

Soft skills:
– Strong communication in writing and verbal in English and preferably Dutch
– Must be able to act as business analyst
– Highly pro-active and doesn’t need specific instructions
– Must be able to work independently
– Preferably familiar with agile scrum
– Very strong analytical thinking
– Good customer orientation and focus
