Entry Desktop Analyst (werkplekbeheerder) Taal: Nederlands

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

* Management of remote customer hardware inventory and fulfillment of customer requests including:

* Maintaining appropriate hardware inventory for the customer base and working with the Life Cycle/Procurement Teams when required for securing additional inventory

* New user hardware requests which require boxing of equipment, shipping, and coordinating with other AGT Desktop teams; includes desktop/laptop/etc.

* Recovering of hardware due to lifecycle, failure, or termination requests

* Replacement hardware shipping and follow-up with customers

* Setup and configuration of local printers

* Programming and setup of network/ip phones

* Installation & Configuration or complex hardware with no assistance

* Work with customers and/or Legal for recovery of customer data

* Work with DSR and Procurement for remote customers needing ISP services

* Some application suite troubleshooting based on customer needs

* Project involvement and work: site closures, divisional hardware/OS upgrades, etc.

* Other duties as assigned based on divisional needs

* Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all health and safety rules

* Display logic and problem solving skills

* Written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to assess, implement, and document non-complex tools, utilities, and concepts to assist in troubleshooting desktop related issues

* Ability to document processes and procedures

* Follow and perform pre-existing documented items with supervision

* Perform routine work; utilizing originality and inventiveness

* Show initiative in completing work with supervision

* Work on a project team throughout a project life cycle, as well as collaborate with other AGT teams

* Work with others on a day-by-day basis with task work

* Have an understanding of the desktop architecture and be able to successfully implement desktop tools according to company standards

* Some knowledge of multiple hardware components with 1-2 years of experience supporting distributed systems

* A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience related to an enterprise Microsoft environment suite and associated hardware

* Related certificates (A+, etc.) are preferred

* Demonstrate the key critical behaviors of communication, customer focus, flexibility, initiative, policies, processes and procedures and teamwork
