For our international client in Zoeterwoude we are looking for a Sr. SAP Sourcing Consultant.

Global Information Services (GIS) has a worldwide responsibility for all IT processes, solutions and services. The aim is to further enhance Global Functions by delivering common business driven solutions and services.
Global Solutions (GS) is a key component of GIS and covers the collaborative management of business relationships and the design, development and implementation of common solutions by following a consistent and rigorous programme and project management methodology.

In the past four years, a centralized procurement organization has been set up, equipped with SAP tooling and connected to many operating companies (OpCo’s) in the world. With Global Procurement changing from a project organization in ‘rollout-mode’ to a standing organization, it is time for continuous process improvement.

The functional consultant sourcing:
· Will be a member of a continuous improvement project team, consisting of a mix of business and IT experts
· Cooperates with local and central Buyers, Category directors, the Global Process owner of Procurement and with other consultants to optimize the Sourcing systems and processes
· Guides changes on SAP Sourcing 10.0 (predominantly) and on SAP SRM 7.0 and SAP CLM (less likely)
· Will help to optimize any of the following SAP Sourcing components: Project Management, Business Document Framework, RFx and Auctions, Contract Management, Supplier Code (compliance), Reporting, Workflow
· Reports to the improvement-project lead of Global Procurement

Combine a MSC with extensive, up-to-date SAP knowledge, as well as in-depth knowledge of purchase to pay business processes:
· Primary required knowledge is SAP SOURCING (former Frictionless – this is different from SAP SRM!)
· Secondary required knowledge is SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP GTM, SAP Invoice Management, Aris modelling and SAP Solution Manager
· More than two years of relevant experience preferably in an international SAP environment.
· Profound project experience with system implementations, preferably acquired at a large multinational and/or in an international environment, centralizing the purchasing function.
· Full cycle SAP SOURCING implementation; from project prep. until go live and support. Writing functional specifications. Guiding partner consultants.
· Excellent communication skills and experience in communicating with counterparts in team and business
· Able to lead workshops
