Senior Specialist Data Security/ Senior Officer

In the position of Senior Officer Data Security you will enforce proper segregation of duties in all system applications for the entities in The Netherlands under IFO’s control. To achieve this, you will develop new and update existing access control matrices and define user/function specific roles based upon a risk based analysis. You are responsible for validating all user requests prior to the change. The changes are carried out locally or in a Shared Service Centre.

Your main responsibility is that access rights to system applications are in accordance with approved access matrices. The access matrices are set up in such a way that proper segregation of duties is maintained (where necessary across systems). If this is not possible or feasible, the Data Security Officer suggests alternative controls to mitigate the risks. Non-compliance may affect the reliability of the financial reporting, compliance with relevant internal and external laws and regulations and threaten the safeguarding of assets.

Furthermore you will:
· Develop new and update access control matrices for financial and logistical ERP software (i.e. BPCS and SAP Symphony), purchase order application (i.e. Medius), warehouse software (WMS), transportation software (FTMS), time tracking software (i.e. PC Time), internet banking software (i.e. BNP Paribas Connexis) and any other applicable system applications within an entity in scope of this function.
· Perform and document risk analysis to achieve proper segregation of duties within the matrix but also across the matrices.
· Contribute suggestions to management for other internal controls to mitigate the risks if segregation of duties is not possible or feasible.
· Set up an Internal pre-Audit structure and Internal pre-Audit programs to periodical inform Management and to identify potential risks.
· Assist the affiliates in scope for SOX in their yearly SOX process. Conduct internal SOX testing. Assist the affiliates to remediate identified deficiencies and monitor the implementation of this remediation.
· Supporting system owners in identifying business critical applications hosted on any platform and assuring, that these business critical applications can be recovered and restored in the event of an outage and/or disaster plans in accordance with IT policies.
· Supporting system owners with documenting system changes in accordance with IT policies.

We are looking for a candidate with the following background:
· Bachelor or Master Degree in (business) economics. The degree is supplemented by affinity and experience with system applications as demonstrated by previous work experiences.
· Extensive working experience in a relevant financial role with system applications responsibilities in an International environment. Preferable SAP and BPCS system experience.
· Familiarity with operational and financial procedures, regulations and have an internal-controls-mind-set.
· Speaks and writes English and Dutch fluently.
· Can cope with the different cultures within the different entities.
