For a position as Advanced scrummaster we need a process oriented person with team manager/agile coach experience.
 
Job description
Employee will be deployed in the ServiceNow GS team. Strong team player, capable of working independently, good analytical thinking, flexible in terms of working hours, proactive, can perform under pressure.
 
General knowledge/experience
PSM I certified
PSPO I certified
Technical knowledge/experience
Experience in Scrum and an Agile/Lean way of working. Preferably knowledge of ITIL processes.
 
Competences
Good communication skills, Coaching skills.
 
Responsibilities
Coaching one or multiple teams in their way of working. Helping the teams to adhere in the WOW while getting a better team.
 
Language
English
