The job
Oce has set up a Purchase to Pay program (P-2-P), which is divided in 5 phases with an expected integrated lead time of approximately 2,5 years. At the moment the first two phases are clearly defined: 1. Getting the basics right and 2. Automate the Happy Flow;The result of the first two phases is the implementation of a supplier collaboration platform (phase 3.Platform live

Project
The P-2-P program is a joint initiative of procurement, finance and logistics and is necessary to decrease the operational workload and improve end-to-end efficiency.

Goal of the role
Transform the business requirements of the first two phases in SAP processes, and connect the supplier collaboration platform to the SAP system.

Most important and critical tasks
– Advise on the usage of best practices and as much as possible standard SAP in the areas of Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, supplier collaboration, Invoice verification (Purchase to Pay in short or Order to Cash) Can help in the continuous improvement of this P2P process
– Implement independently the best practices for the program

Who are we looking for?

– Candidate has a BSc/MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration of Informatics
– Min. 5 years of work experience as SAP Consultant
– Knowledge of and experience with SAP MM, SAP LES, SAP PP and SAP ABAP workbench is required
– Extensive knowledge of and experience with Supplier collaboration processes and platforms, and SAP PI is required (Quyntess, Ariba solutions); a trackrecord on successful implementations of a platform is seen as an advantage
– You have experience in a manufacturing environment
– You have project management skills.
– Design & Implement best practices appropriate to business requirements contribute to the continuous improvement of the P2P process
– Functional configuration & implementation experience.
– Knowledge of EDI functionality
– To be successful the candidate has a co-operative mindset and wants to challenge the status quo and has excellent communicational skills both verbal and written in English.
– Candidate is permissioned to work in the Netherlands, and able to provide, if requested, a certificate of conduct
