As SAP HR Project Manager you will be responsible for the integration of payroll systems with SAP HR, Master data, and managing SAP project for a new implementation in Norway. 

Functieomschrijving:
– Understanding impact on user provisioning
– Communication and training to key users and stakeholders
– Be part of integrated project Wave 2
– Responsible for testing SAP HR, based upon CBM model
– Responsible for providing training and be responsible for cut over activities
– Responsible for communication to countries in scope (EEMEA region)
– Managing SAP project for new implementation in Norway

Functie-eisen:
Education / Certificates- Certified SAP user HR and OM
– Experienced in working in an international environment

IT Skills:-  >5yrs SAP HR, OM knowledge
–  Understanding user provisioning

Other key skills- Be able to run a project independent within set time and costs
– Sensible to governance structure
– Process savvy
– Open minded, flexible
– Hands on
– Good communicator
