International Recruitment Manager (permanent vacancy).

For our client, a very successful startup in a production environment, we are looking for a International Recruitment Manager. As a Recruitment Manaager you will be part of the management team and your core responsibility is setting up a smooth international recruitment process. You are able to create a network of international recruitment partners to make this successful. The company is planning an enormous global growth so you must be able to set this up for several plants.

Your main tasks:
· Structuring the recruitment process
· Creating job profiles
· Onboarding
· Creating an international network of recruitment partners in several countries (mainly in the USA)

What is your profile:
· Experienced with international companies/multinationals or international recruitment agencies
· You have a bachelor degree
· You are a self starter
· You are able to give strategic advice
· You have a hands on mentality / a “just do it” mentality
· Your knowledge of the English language is fluently
· You are willing to travel 30% of your time, starting with Belgium and the USA.
