For our international client we are looking for a Project Manager.

End: 15-11-2016
32 or 40 hrs./week (32 preferred)

The project aims to reduce our Real Estate’s information security risk exposure by conducting an inventory and assessment of all business-managed, localised IT solutions used in all locations around the globe.
The project will run as an agile project through to completion in Nov 2016. The expected outcomes for the project will be an accurate, global catalogue of Real Estate’s business-managed IT systems and embedded process and behaviour changes to support improved governance & management of these systems in the future.
The project manager will lead delivery of the project, managing a team of 3 full-time and 2 part-time resources.
The project manager will need to provide structure and impetus to the inventory process, manage stakeholders and operational and leadership levels, ensure compliance with standards and controls, and reporting periodically under agreed governance model.
The project manager will also need to manage project communications.
The role does not require deep technical skills, but a strong general knowledge of IT and especially Real Estate IT (building management systems, office systems, etc.) will be an asset.

Technical Skills and Experience
o Required – Business-facing PM (i.e. experience with business change projects), general understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and components

o Desirable – Business analysis, managing Agile projects, knowledge of / experience with Information risk management, knowledge of / experience with IT portfolio management, knowledge of / experience with change management;
knowledge of corporate real estate business processes.

Soft Skills and Experience
o Required – Strong stakeholder engagement skills, confident communicator in person, by phone, and in writing, strong attention to detail, analytical, numerate, fluent English. Experience managing virtual cross-border teams

o Desirable – Dutch, any other languages.
Special Remarks Preference for UK or NL based staff to support agile collaboration.

Candidate could be 4 days per week or 5 days a week (32 or 40 hours per week) – ideally 4 days
