As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Contract and Service Manager for a 8+ months contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Communication and (service) reporting towards our (internal) service receivers;

• Organize service review meetings with internal and external subcontractors

• Contract management (operational & tooling)

• Supporting the overall governance of the contract;

• Risk management and compliance;

• Support Financial management (forecasting, charging, linking pin)

Experience needed:

At least Bachelor’s degree, you have a strong affinity with Contract and Service Management (strong with processes, communicative & customer oriented)
Good understanding, written and verbal in English
Support contract owners during creation and extending contracts with internal and external subcontractors
