We are seeking a consultant with expertise in risk-weighted asset (RWA) calculation and reporting, as well as experience in overseeing implementation and changes in regulatory frameworks such as CRR.

Your responsibilities:
* participating in impact assessments, driving implementation efforts, and documenting decisions related to RWA calculation and reporting updates
* collaborating with various teams including credit risk, regulatory experts, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and business acceptance
* evaluating and assessing the implementation of CRR3 requirements, interpreting regulatory guidelines, and documenting implementation decisions and business acceptance outcomes

Your ideal profile:
* strong documentation skills
* data analysis capabilities (including SQL)
* excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
* understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CRD/CRR, practical experience in implementing regulatory requirements in systems
* familiarity with upcoming regulatory changes such as Basel IV and CRR III is essential
