Senior Business Analyst

Key aspects of the role:
• Mapping out which steps you and your colleagues, the client and any other stakeholders need to take to get from the existing situation to the desired situation with a focus on process improvement (particularly eliminating waste)
• Analysis of processes (happy flow and non-happy flow) in order to improve the processes, including by applying LEAN methodology
• Coaching line management in operational management & the transition to an organization of continuous improvement
• Facilitate the development of employees who are improving, reflecting and learning
• Carrying out improvement processes and quick fixes, where you are also a linking pin in the close collaboration with our customers, insurers and other stakeholders
• Coaching other members of the delivery team with less experience whilst delivering the specific project artefacts you own; to achievement whilst adhering to current PMO standards
• Driving role to achieve more standardized primary processes and work instructions that are centrally accessible to all employees
