Product owner – procurement

Hi,
For one of our clients active within the Banking Industry we are currently looking for a Product Owner focusing on Procurement.
As the Product Owner you will support the team in building the Global Procurement IT Platforms.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Register and maintain the internal contracts of Global Procurement with the internal Service provider(s) and Countries
* Measure the customer satisfaction
* Measure the end-to-end performance of the services and the performance of the respective service providers
* Secure that the business requirements and non-functional requirements are translated in to the IT solution requirements
* Participate in functional acceptance tests and prepare, support and guide the users in the countries with their user acceptance tests
* Support/run procurement events, such as Request for Proposals and Auctions) on behalf of Procurement team members
Profile:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in IT service management, IT operational management, and/or IT change management;
* Experience within Procurement processes and solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, Request to Pay and Reporting;
* Experience within the Banking sector would be a plus;
* Fluent in English/Dutch
