I am looking for a Support Engineer for one of my clients in The Netherlands.

You will be assisting the client with the implementation of a new sales system/application in Portugal. This roll-out will take place in 200+ stores, so it is a must to speak Portuguese.

Tasks you will take care of:
– 1st line support (user management – resetting passwords, creating accounts – ticketing solutions and bespoke application, troubleshooting, assisting 2nd and 3rd line roll-out/implementation);
– Creation of documentation and step by step guides;
