Job summary:
• Deliver large scale cross functional GBS programs from design through to implementation and stabilization
• Oversee migrations of Services to GBS, ensuring the integration of the end-to-end Operating Model
• Review and approve project Business Cases for all projects before submission to the GBS Lead and external stakeholders
• Deliver agreed benefits to budget and on time

For individual projects:
• Deliver agreed benefits to budget and on time
• Solutioning, Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning, Pilot, and Hypercare
• Systems enablement, UAP, BCP, and Network
• Overseeing Change Management including interaction models
• SLA, Metrics, Governance & Escalation models
• Interaction and best practice development with Global SME’s and PMO
• Management contract and Procurement interaction
• Business case planning and management
• Develop and maintain the M&A migration toolkit (including including approach, methodologies, tools and templates) to ensure migrations are consistently and
successfully delivered
