For one of our clients in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Service Management Consultant for a contracting role on a short term.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

You must have:

“Proven” record of service management experience in IT outsourcing environment of large customers
Extensive ITIL v3 experience
Good understanding of ITIL v3 process implementation in outsourcing environments
Experience in Service management tooling from HP ServiceManager 7,9 preferably in ServiceNow
Experience with writing and implementing a Service Design for a service based on an outsourced IT environment
By preference has worked in service creation processes
Experience with working in an agile working environment
Good in stakeholder management, Interpersonal and networking skills;
Ability to govern counterparts of suppliers
Hands-on, can do mentality, execution driven;
Team player, but also Self-starting, capable in working independently and takes responsibility to fulfill the tasks given;
Is able to plan work to be done and get the job done in the agreed time
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills…
