From their EMEA office in Hilversum you will  deliver B tot B support to their customers who are taking use of this highly secured platform.

As an Enterprise Mobility Engineer you will become part of a small but experienced support team. You will provide technical support through on call and web based case systems and need to be fond of solving critical issues on a day-to-day basis.

As an Administrator you have a very strong technical background and you have an extensive background in troubleshooting. Reproducing customer environments in order to root cause issues is a key.

This organization operates a central platform to host, administrate and secure mobile apps for big enterprises. You will solve their network problems in case the client itself does not succeed.

As an engineer you have the following skills: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Good skills in French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage 
  
• Proven experience working on critical system down issues and escalations
  
• Proven experience in troubleshooting data network level issues – IP Networking, DNS, Firewall, HTTPS, Load Balancers
  
• Experience with Microsoft or Linux servers and the ambition to learn more about Linux 
  
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies (LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG)
  
• Experienced in dealing with PKI security (NDES, Symantec, Kerberos)
